Challenge 3 : 

Perform an IFR flight of your choice, between two airport of France division. Minimum distance will be 100nm, the aircraft will be a single engine piston (helicopter forbiden). 

The flight must be entirely in IFR, therefore choosen airports must be compatible with IFR procedures.
