Thanks to our partner France VFR, you will have the possibility to win one of the three Nantes Atlantique scenery airport for MSFS (More information about the scenery here) :

• A scenery for a member drawn among a pilot flying and booked a flight on the booking system;
• A scenery for a member drawn among a member controlling during this event;
• A scenery for the winner of the screenshot contest. If you want to participate, send your picture to fr-ec@ivao.aero and fr-eac@ivao.aero! (A poll will be proposed on IVAO France forum the week following the event)

To enter the draw, we invite you to file this form before Saturday, April 19^th at 18:00 UTC. The screenshot contest will close at the same date.

About the booking system:

• Booking a flight is mandatory to benefit from an HQE point ; 
• Booking will be available from 29^th March 2025 at 10:00 UTC ;
• After having booked your flight, you will have to confirm it. If you have not done it already by then, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you on 5^th April 2025 at 12:00 UTC (don't forget to check your spam and send us an e-mail if something is not right);
• You will have to confirm your booking before 9^th April 2025 at 22:00 UTC. If not done by then, your booking(s) will be cancelled and available for others to book;
• You will be allowed to book two flights maximum until 11th April 2025 at 10:00 UTC. Afterwards, you will be allowed to book as many flights as you want.

Please remember:

• Be ready and have your charts;
• You will be asked to follow vectoring and potentially enter a holding;
• Pay attention not to obstruct ongoing communication, particularly joining a new frequency;
• Do not hesitate to take more fuel than expected. Some delays could occur;
• Enjoy :)

Event rules

This event will be awarded one point for the Pilot Events award for every pilot flying a booked flight in the booking system during the event timeframe.
