PILOTS
Two possibilities for you to participate in this event:
- First possibility: Feel free to fly from the airport of your choice, with an approproate aircraft, to the Réunion island! Two airports are available: La Réunion Roland Garros (FMEE) or Saint-Pierre Pierrefonds (FMEP).
- Second possibility: Fly from FMEE or FMEP to the airport of your choice.
Be careful! There is not any radar coverage over the island. The APP controller could not give you vectors to join destination. Keep an eye on the charts to follow the appropriate procedure!
We invite you check the approach charts before your departure.
Rappelez-vous aussi :
- Be ready and have your charts;
- You will be asked to potentially enter a holding;
- Pay attention not to obstruct ongoing communication, particularly joining a new frequency;
- Do not hesitate to take more fuel than expected. Some delays could occur;

Event rules
This event will be awarded one point for the Pilot Events award for every pilot flying outbound or inbound the Réunion island (FMEE or FMEP), during the event's timeframe.
